We are currently consulting on our admissions policy for 2018-19. As our own admissions authority we have a statutory obligation to consult once every seven years.
The consultation period begins on Friday December 2nd and lasts for six weeks.
Applications for places at the Academy should be made online, via The Local Authority Admissions Application Form. To complete this form you will require the unique pupil number found on the letter from Local Authority which you would have received if your child is currently in Year 6. The Co-operative Academy of Stoke-on-Trent will consider all applications for places.
In the event of the school being over-subscribed in 2016 we will consider all applications against our admissions policy.
We also accept applications half way through the academic year, from a variety of year groups. If you are considering applying to the school you can speak to reception on 01782 882300, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call in at the Academy and ask to speak to Mrs Broadhurst.
The Common Applications Form and useful information about applying for a school place can be found in the Education section by Clicking Here.
Alternatively, for any more information about admissions or assistance in completing the Admissions Form please contact the Academy office on 01782 882 300 or call in to see us.
If you have any futher questions or queries why not try our Frequently Asked Questions page?
If you have not been offered a place at The Co-operative Academy of Stoke-on-Trent, the law entitles you to appeal against that decision to an Independent Appeal Panel. This panel is completely independent of the Academy and the Local Authority. If you wish to appeal please contact Local Authority Admissions on 01782 237856 and a form will be sent to you.
