"The aim of the programme is to develop, and celebrate a rich cultural life within the academy; to celebrate success through competitive situations and high quality performances and shows; to market the talent of the academy, and to show the community the value of our students. This is our chance to excel; this is our chance to harness and nurture a passion for our subjects."

Mr Rogers - Head of P.E and Performance Arts

The Edge is a part of Academy Enrichment. It is every Wednesday afternoon.

Character Education -  1 lesson per week for Y7. This is about helping students to grasp what is important in situations and how to act for the right reasons so that they become more reflective. Students need to decide the kind of students they wish to become and to learn to choose between alternatives.  Good sense and wisdom!

Good character is the foundation for improved attainment and success in life.
